NUYU · BEFORE YOUR VISIT

Your first free injectable consultation in Edmonton

You can arrive with questions, without a product or a treatment plan in mind. NUYU’s consultation is complimentary; choosing treatment is a separate decision.

Updated September 10, 2026 · General information. Discuss individual recommendations with a qualified healthcare professional.

01

Start with what matters to you

Explain what you are considering, what you would prefer to keep unchanged, and what worries you. If you are unsure whether injectables are appropriate, say so. You can ask about other options or choose not to proceed.

02

Bring your previous treatment details

Bring the product name, treatment date, areas and amount if known, along with any previous reactions. Discuss medications, allergies and relevant health history privately with the provider. Do not stop prescribed medication on your own.

03

Ask for a clear plan and quote

Ask who will provide treatment, what assessment or prescription is needed, why a particular approach is being considered, what alternatives exist and what it would cost. The consultation is free; that does not mean the injectable treatment is free.

04

Plan your time and follow-up

Tell the team about upcoming events or travel. Ask about expected recovery, possible side effects, when to review the result and whom to contact with concerns. Same-day treatment is not guaranteed: it depends on assessment, prescribing where required, and available time.

05

Request your appointment

Choose a consultation and an available time, then enter your name, phone and email. Submission sends an appointment request. Wait for the clinic’s confirmation email before treating the time as booked. If no suitable time appears, call or text 587-938-5018.
