NUYU · BEFORE YOUR VISIT

Filler or Radiesse: questions for your consultation

You do not need to decide between products before your visit. Start with the area and your priorities, then ask what is appropriate for you.

Updated September 10, 2026 · General information. Discuss individual recommendations with a qualified healthcare professional.

01

Explain the area and your goal

At NUYU, Revanesse dermal filler consultations can include lips and facial proportions. Radiesse is a separate product with different suitability considerations; it is not intended for the lips. Tell the provider which area you want to discuss rather than choosing by a product’s name or an offer.

02

Discuss previous filler

Bring any records you have of products, areas, dates and previous reactions. If you do not know what was used, tell the provider rather than guessing. This information helps frame the assessment and the questions that still need answers.

03

Ask about alternatives and risks

Ask what each proposed option involves, why it is being considered, and what could happen if you wait or choose a different approach. Fillers can cause bruising, swelling and other reactions; rare vascular complications can be serious. A consultation should cover risks as well as the intended outcome.

04

Compare the whole plan

Ask for a clear quote and discuss recovery, review appointments and how to contact the clinic. An offer is useful only when the treatment is appropriate. You can take time to consider the recommendation after your free consultation.
